Titanfall Goes Gold, RIP Wii and more!
Hello gamers and welcome to another edition of Daily Gamer. Today, I inform you on how Titanfall is officially ready for its release, the Wii and DS going to the console graveyard and a release date on Episode 2 of the Walking Dead game.
Titanfall has officially gone gold! The definition of going gold normally means the game is out for production and distribution for its March 11th release. Titanfall is one of the most anticipated games coming out this year. The Xbox 360 version of the game is releasing on March 25th.
Nintendo announced today they will be pulling the plug the Nintendo WiFi service that is offered on the Wii and the original DS’s. This means you can no longer access anything that requires internet connection. Which includes Netflix and games like Mario Kart, Smash Bros and more. This will be happening on May 20th.
If you enjoyed the first season of The Walking Dead game from TellTale and haven’t got the chance to start Season 2, now is your chance. Episode one of season two has been out, but episode two is dated for March 4th on the PS3 and PC, with the 360 version and iOS very shortly after that. The price will be $4.99 and they do offer the season pass and with purchasing so you can just download the episodes as they are released.
Today was short and sweet, but I expect the news to be hot and heavy this weekend and on Monday probably a big announcement but until then, stay classy gamers!
