Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage Review: A Cautionary Tale

23

I’ve had the opportunity to test out a wide array of products and services. Today, I’m here to share my experience with the Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage: Lifetime Subscription (10TB). Unfortunately, this is one of those times where the experience has been less than stellar.

Pricing

The Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage offers a lifetime subscription for $89.99. This might seem like a great deal for 10TB of storage. However, as I’ve learned the hard way, not all that glitters is gold.

Setup

The setup process for Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage is straightforward on paper. After purchasing, you’re given access to the site. However, that’s where the simplicity ends. The platform is far from user-friendly, and I found myself struggling to make the most of the service.

User Experience

The user experience with Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage has been, in a word, horrible. The platform is neither fast nor reliable, contrary to what is advertised. But the real kicker? The customer service – or lack thereof.

I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times, only to be met with silence. In the end, I had to contact StackSocial, the third-party platform I purchased the subscription from, to get any kind of response. Thankfully, StackSocial was able to provide a refund, but the experience left a sour taste.

Performance

When it comes to performance, Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage falls short. The speed and efficiency are far from what you’d expect from a paid cloud storage service. The platform is slow, and the reliability is questionable at best.

Customer Service

I’ve mentioned this before, but it bears repeating – the customer service from Prism Drive is non-existent. They’ve been unresponsive to issues, leaving me, and presumably other customers, in the lurch. This lack of support is a significant red flag and something potential customers should be aware of.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Prism Drive Secure Cloud Storage. The service is unreliable, the platform is not user-friendly, and the customer service is unresponsive. While the lifetime subscription might seem like a good deal on the surface, the experience has been far from satisfactory. My advice? Save your hard-earned money and look for a more reliable cloud storage service.
